RAD is the fundraising group made up of students from both Falmouth University and the University of Exeter Penryn Campus. We have the aim to help others through volunteering. We also help and support students who have their own fundraising ideas for our chosen charities, anything from bake sales to marathons, the only limit is your own enthusiasm!

Our Charities for 2018/2019
Samaritans: We chose this as our charity of the year because they are an amazing cause. The money raised from our events will be put towards a fund to help the Falmouth and Exeter students. The Samaritans offer a safe space to talk to someone on the phone or in person with complete confidentiality (Samaritans, 2018)
Surfers Against Sewage: Our local cause of the year was voted in for Surfers Against Sewage. The beach and Sea are an integral part of our community, our volunteers help raise money to a cause that is close to every Cornish person's heart.
